  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, DATA LOSS, SECURITY BREACHES, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS
  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR OUTCOMES FROM OUR SERVICES

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY

  • The Republic of Turkey (for Ubden A.Ş. clients)
  • The Republic of Estonia (for Ubden OÜ clients)

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ubden® regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.
