Ubden®
The Ubden® app connects the Google accounts of Ubden® and of clients who authorise us with the automation and AI assistant tools we use to run advertising, analytics and business-listing work.
What the app does
Ubden® is a technology and digital services company. Our team manages Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics reporting and Google Business Profile listings for our own brands and for clients under a service agreement. The Ubden® app is the OAuth application through which our automation and AI assistant tools reach those Google services on behalf of the account holder:
- Google Ads: reads campaign, ad group, keyword, budget and performance data and creates or updates campaigns in accounts linked to our manager accounts Ubden Self (635-427-6533) and Ubden Agency (610-350-6076).
- Google Analytics: reads property configuration and traffic and conversion reports of properties we own or manage.
- Google Business Profile: reads and updates location information, answers reviews, publishes local posts and reads performance metrics of listings we own or manage.
- BigQuery and Google Cloud: queries datasets and manages resources inside Google Cloud projects owned by Ubden®.
Who uses it
The app is not a public product and has no self-service sign-up. It is used by authorised Ubden® staff and by clients of Ubden® who have asked us to manage their Google Ads, Analytics or Business Profile accounts and who grant access themselves through the Google sign-in screen. Each person only ever sees data of the accounts they are entitled to.
How your Google data is handled
Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to provide the service the account holder requested: reports, campaign changes, listing updates and answers to questions about that data. It is never sold, never used for advertising or profiling, and never used to train general-purpose AI models. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on systems controlled by Ubden®, and cached data is deleted within 30 days after access is revoked.
The use and transfer by Ubden® of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full details are in section 13 of our Privacy Notice.
Revoking access
You can remove the Ubden® app at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To have stored data deleted, write to privacy@ubden.com; we confirm deletion within 30 days.
