Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties and Scope

This agreement governs online purchases made through Ubden channels between the buyer and seller under applicable distance sales regulations.

2. Definitions

Terms such as Buyer, Seller, Service, Product, Website, and Agreement are interpreted in line with Turkish consumer legislation and remote contract rules.

3. Order and Pricing

Published prices are valid until updated. Taxes and additional fees are shown during checkout. Shipment costs, if any, are shown before confirmation.

4. Delivery and Performance

Ordered products/services are delivered within legal periods, not exceeding 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is impossible, the buyer is informed and refunded within legal timeframes.

5. Buyer Obligations

• Provide accurate information during purchase
• Inspect delivered goods before acceptance
• Use products/services according to their intended purpose

6. Right of Withdrawal

Buyers may withdraw within 14 days by written notice unless a legal exception applies (e.g., instantly delivered digital content or services started with explicit approval).

7. Force Majeure and Disputes

In force majeure situations, delivery may be delayed or order options may be revised. Disputes are handled by authorized consumer arbitration committees or courts.
