Product, Refund & Warranty Terms

1. General Principles
By completing an online order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted pre-information, distance sales terms, and applicable legal obligations.
2. Payment and Delivery
If payment is not completed or is reversed by the payment provider, delivery obligations may be suspended. Delivery times and logistics responsibilities are communicated at checkout.
3. Withdrawal and Returns
Withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days via registered communication channels. Returned goods must include required documentation and accessories.

5. Refund Processing
